🌿 Workshop 1: Root Chakra – Grounding & Stability

Part of the Chakra Balance: Learn, Make & Take Series

Feeling scattered, anxious, or disconnected? You may need to reconnect with your Root Chakra—the foundation of your energetic body.

In this grounding and supportive workshop, we’ll explore the Muladhara, or Root Chakra, which governs your sense of safety, stability, and belonging. When out of balance, it can manifest as fear, insecurity, restlessness, or physical tension in the lower body.

Together, we will:
🔻 Learn what the Root Chakra is “in charge of” in the body and mind
🌿 Explore common signs of imbalance—emotionally, physically, and energetically
🪴 Discover herbs, essential oils, and rituals that can help restore groundedness
🧂 Create your own custom grounding bath salts using a blend of Himalayan salt, calming botanicals, and root-anchoring essential oils

Leave with a deeper sense of connection to yourself—and a handmade self-care item to continue the work at home.

LOCATION: Westgate Community Center, 10001 De Vargas SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121
