Comfort & Calm: Herbal + Essential Oil Support for Everyday Aches

In this Learn–Make–Take workshop, we’ll explore how herbs and essential oils can gently support sore muscles, stiff joints, headaches, and everyday discomfort. You’ll learn about botanicals such as Arnica montana, Symphytum officinale (comfrey), and Capsicum annuum (cayenne), along with essential oils like lavender, peppermint, and rosemary — including when to choose warming support and when cooling may be more appropriate.
Together, we’ll create a customized herbal and essential oil–infused lotion tailored to your unique needs. You’ll leave with:
