Aromatherapy Spray - Make & Take Workshop

  • SW Craft Connection 3107 Eubank Boulevard Northeast Unit #27 Albuquerque, NM, 87111 United States (map)

This aromatherapy spray make and take workshop is great for those new to essential oils and want to begin incorporating them in everyday life, as well as seasoned users who may want to refresh their knowledge of the power of essential oils.

During the first part of this workshop, we will dive into the herbs of lavender and eucalyptus. We will talk about the many benefits and possible contraindications of these amazing herbs, as well as the different ways to use these herbs in every day life. Safe handling of essential oils, appropriate storage and labeling, and proper dilution techniques will also be discussed.

For the second portion of the workshop, each attendee will make two (2 ounce) aromatherapy sprays that can be used on the body, or as a room, linen and shower spray. Attendees may choose to make one of each scent or two of the same, depending on their needs.

All materials will be provided in class, including glass bottles with fine mist spray tops, essential oils and other items to complete their aromatherapy sprays.

Please Note: This workshop will be the same one that is presented on March 31st.
